So, February's gone by pretty quickly. Maybe cause it's only 28 days long.
This month has been pretty stressful, but I think next month will be even worse for me. Hopefully in April things will begin to calm down.
I think a big part of my stress comes from my disorganization. I've been extremely forgetful lately, so I have to rush to get all my work done at once (after someone reminds me.) In most of my classes, I have Bs. Don't get me wrong, I think Bs are swell. It's just... they're not exactly high Bs. The only classes I have As in are Band, Jazz Band, and Biology. And the ONLY reason I have an A in Bio is because he hasn't put the past two tests in, which I totally failed. Soo... I think Bio will be the first class to drop down below a B this semester. And after this Commentary goes in, my English grade will most likely drop. And after the next few quizzes/tests in Fuller's, my grade in US History will fall. And the others will follow.
I'm gonna end up having to take almost all my finals later because I'm slacking so bad right now. Gotta pick up the pace.

Whose Line Is It Anyway? is like, one of my favorite shows ever.
It amazes me how good some people are at improvising (like Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie :D).
Today I had Kelsey, Emily, Michelle, and Alyssa over at my house and we tried improv... but it's not as easy as it looks. We really sucked at a couple of the games (COUGH Irish Drinking Song and Hoedown COUGH), but I got a good laugh at some of them.
In one game, Emily was a weatherman and half her body was covered by her beard, so you couldn't see what the weather was. Kelsey was my biggest fan, haha. Stephanie consulted everything she did with an imaginary green cricket named Jiminy. Michelle was the president announcing that she was having an affair with Alyssa. And I was Drew Carey, awarding all of them points!
These won't make sense unless you were there, but they're some of the highlights (I think) of our improv night.
"When did I get a new dog?"
"Hey look... it's monkey foot!"
"Broadway musical 'Ice Cream Parlor Antics' with the hit love song 'You Make Me Melt!'" (haha, that was a brilliant suggestion)
"Forrest! Forrest!"
"Most recent entries in Kelsey's diary..."
anddd, that's all I'm gonna put.

Anyway, even if you've never seen the show, you should watch this!

I just read a list of 100 things to be happy about, and out of all of them, only one applies to me today.
That one thing is "chewing a piece of gum" ...which doesn't even make me that happy.
Sad, isn't it?

I don't know what to think of this book.
At the beginning, I REALLY didn't like it. It was hard to understand, and even sparknotes didn't help me. So I didn't do too great on the quizzes.
But now, at the end... I really love it (even though the best character dies and doesn't get the girl of his dreams... but I think we all expected that). So many thanks to you, Charles Dickens, for writing such a good book! And thank you, Mrs. Matthews, for making us read it!
:D

I've been in this really down sort of mood lately, where everything seems to get on my nerves. Especially people.
Aren't parents supposed to teach their children manners?
When someone holds a door open for you, you say thank you. When you ask someone to do something, you say please. When you bump into someone, you say sorry (or excuse me, but not in the rudest way possible, because that just defeats the whole point of even saying it!!)
I don't think that's too hard to ask of anybody. I mean, no one HAD to do anything for you. They didn't have to waste their time being nice. The least you could do is say Thanks.
